The Pride Cup

General Information

• THREE NIGHT MINIMUM - RESERVATIONS MADE THAT DO NOT INCLUDE 3-NIGHT MINIMUM WILL BE CANCELLED. MUST include Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Additional nights may be added.
• Room Bookings MUST contain booking dates of Friday - Monday of the event weekend.
• Event check-in on Friday at 4:00pm and check-out on Monday at 11:00am. Late checkouts are available through the hotel after check-in.
• Complimentary breakfast served daily for all hotel guests from 6:30am to 9:00am.
• All hotel guests must be 18 years of age or older.
• Welcome Party for all Pride Cup Guests in the hotel lobby on Friday from 5:00pm to 7:00pm with food catered by our sponsor, Sonny's BBQ.
• Jock's and Jill's Pool Party on Saturday and Sunday at the hotel's pool from 3:00pm to 8:00pm for all Pride Cup athletes. Complimentary.
• By reserving a hotel room at the host hotel, you agree to receive our periodic promotions, newsletters, and updates via email, SMS messaging, and/or phone call with the option to unsubscribe at any time.
• Hotel has complimentary, limited overnight parking for guests with a vehicle. We encourage use of Uber/Lyft. Transportation provided for off-property events at a reasonable cost.
• Additional Days Are Available for Booking to Extend Your Magical Experience.
• Your room includes two (2) Weekend Pool Party tickets for each day at One Magical Weekend and Bear Jamboree (Full Value: $240.00)!
• Your room includes two (2) Passes to our FREE #TBT Welcome Party at the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista on Thursday from 8:00pm to 1:00am. Performances begin at 9:00pm.
